Beauty, Peace and Comfort
One of the former byres of Borrowmoss Farm has been carefully converted to provide these three lovely single-storey holiday cottages. They can be booked individually or as a whole to accommodate larger groups (max 12). The enclosed garden provides a safe place for children to play.
Location
Situated in a quiet rural location, but only 1 mile from Wigtown, Scotland's
National Book Town, in the heart of the natural beauty of Wigtownshire,
Borrowmoss offers an ideal base for your holiday in South West Scotland.
The Cottages
Each of the 3 self-catering cottages accommodates 4 people, in 2 twin bedrooms, and being on a single level, they are all easily accessible by the less able.
In Teal and Greylag, we accept well-behaved dogs and smokers
as guests.
Wigeon has recently been refurnished to a high standard and is non-smoking
and regrettably pets are not accepted.
Outdoor Activities
Fishing, Cycling, Off-Road Driving, Hill-Walking, Bird Watching, Star-gazing, Golf,
Horse Riding and more are all available within a short distance
of the cottages. There are also numerous gardens, nurseries & castles to visit in the region as well as some first-class visitor attractions at Wigtown, Whithorn, Bladnoch, Newton Stewart & Creetown.
